ANOTHER ARETHUSA RESIDENTIAL

At teh end of April, Charterhouse and Your Story took 15 young people on a fun packed adventure weekend at the Arethusa Residential centre in Kent. The young people had a great time doing loads of exciting, and sometimes scary, activities. Why dont you read what they have to say

FOOTBALL TEAM NEARLY TRIUMPH!

On Feb 1st, 2004, A team from Charterhouse contested the London Youth 5-a-side tournament at Crystal Palace. After a bright start where they beat the eventual group winners (after being 2 down), the team went out after the group stage. Shame but they have enough talent to do brilliantly in the future

New entrance hall for Charter

The new entry hall into Charter has now been finished. Alex and Tara spent loads of time turning what was a crappy dump into a brilliant and welcoming space. Included is their huge heart and hello in a bunch of different languages. How much better is it now?

Charterhouse and Beormund School Youth Club

Each Friday, the Beormund Special Needs School and Charterhouse have an after school club for the kids at the school. KickStart chip in and bring in some young volunteers to help. It has become a really important part of the week for the children.

Football Trip

Charterhouse and KickStart had their visit to the National Football Championships in Blackpool in April. Boys from the Youth Club and Rockingham Utd. under 13s took part in the championship. Ashley at Kickstart took the group and although the reslts wern't the best (they were playing against older boys though) all the young people had a fantastic time.
