Fire Damage
As previously announced, the Bells Garden Community Centre where we hold our monthly meetings, was damaged by fire in November 2003. Unfortunately no suitable alternative venue could be found which meant that we had to suspend our regular monthly meetings until the Bells Garden building was available for our use again. We were initially informed that the repairs would be completed by January 2004 but regrettably the work has taken longer than expected. We now understand that the repairs would be completed in February. The Trustees are keeping in contact with the Centre's management and will notify all our members as soon as the Centre is able to resume its normal activities.
