RASPBERRY AND ORANGE SMOOTHIE

This yummy blend combines the sharp-sweet taste of raspberries and oranges with creamy yoghurt it takes just minutes to prepare – perfect when you’re in a hurry.

You will need

  • 250g/9oz/ 1 1/3 cups raspberries, chilled


  • 200ml 7fl oz/scant 1 cup natural (plain) yoghurt, chilled


  • 300ml/ ½ pint/1 ¼ cups freshly squeezes orange juice, chilled


  • Serves 2-3

    1 Place the raspberries and yoghurt in a food processor or blender and process for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.

    2 Add the orange juice to the mixture and process for about 30 seconds, or until thoroughly mixed. Pour into glasses and save immediately.

    Handy hint

    For a super-chilled version of this smoothie, use frozen raspberries instead of fresh. You may need to process the raspberries and yoghurt for a little longer to get a really smooth result.
